The best BBQ sandwich ever! I used to visit from VA and every trip to Anderson had to include a trip to Pigs. Then I lived there for a year and visited regularly. Now I'm back in VA and my buddy sends me pics of his plate every time he goes! Needless to say I can't wait until my next trip to Anderson and get my jumbo bbq sandwich plate with fries and slaw. And don't forget to get slaw on the sandwich!

They now serve breakfast. Stopped in this morning and had a biscuit with sausage, egg and cheese. After 17 years in Anderson this was the best biscuit I've eaten. Grits were cooked perfectly. The ladies were super nice and took well care of everyone. Ambiance was a quaint old barbecue restaurant as it is and has been for many years. So I'll be back. Breakfast is served from 6-10:30.
Great BBQ! Each time that I have been to Little pigs, BBQ, the serving size is enough for three people. The food taste great, the staff is friendly, and the dining hall is most always immaculate. There was one time we went, and there were napkins and spoons on the floor, mainly because there had been a birthday party prior to our arrival. There's a variety of BBQ sauces available to delete every pallet. The saying goes, you cannot tell a book by its cover! Try it out, enjoy your meal, you are bound to take some home !

Great BBQ. Portions are very large. I couldn't eat all of my BBQ sandwich. Will definitely return when I get a BBQ craving.
It's like still stepping back in time when seeing the dining area and counters inside the restaurant, because they haven't changed from my childhood. The owners have changed a couple times since it's origins, but the current owners have stayed faithful to the original recipes. The menu has added a few new items to boot. The service is fast and friendly. The also definitely give you your money's worth, because the portions are very generous. So if you want good food, reasonable price, and old fashioned ambiance then go pig out here.
